Hamid Shojaee, founder and CEO of Axosoft has published a nice 10-minute short film about Scrum on his blog About Scrum in which he, the concept of agile software development process through the simple and understandable terms. How a product is planned for release cycles by Product and Sprint Backlogs, describes the film as beautiful as they are not irrelevant team constellation - a, in my experience (as in Scrum IA) even one of the most important factors.
