For some time I even put different versions of mental models in my projects. Which method should I choose in each case, I choose depending on the communication objectives, ability to abstract the target group and of course, after the time available. The method I developed " Global Mental Model " (in the book by Jim Kalbach described in more detail), for example is suitable for more abstract communications. I was wondering what is your experience with this method?
