I was very pleased when I recently randomly over the video presentation by Thomas at the workshop of the Institute for Knowledge Media stumbled - highly recommended (!!). we had with Thomas already a very nice time at our last conference IA '08 (followed by a workshop) - the presentation can be heard at IA Voice .
